Ordering

Can I cancel my order?

We completely get it, we change our minds too! Unfortunately once an order is staged and packaged, we are unable to alter or cancel that order. We hope to have a cancellation window one day in the future.

Do you offer refunds?

Yes, to qualify for a full refund you must email a before picture to support@nu2uskincare.com within 3 days of receiving your products.

Please allow yourself at least 60 days to track your progress and start seeing results. Result times may vary depending on use and skin condition. Consistency and patience are key!

After 60 days of product use, if you see no improvement in your skin and are dissatisfied, please take another picture with similar lighting to your before picture and email it to support@nu2uskincare.com. We will be happy to issue a full refund to the original form of payment such as PayPal, After Pay, credit card, store credit, etc.

I put the wrong address on my order, what now?

The shipping address is one of the most important components to the order. Please be very cautious when entering this information! NU2U Skincare will not be responsible for orders placed by the customer sent to the wrong delivery address.

I need to track my package, how can I track it?

After fulfillment of your order, you will receive an email with tracking information pertaining to that order. You can easily keep up with the progress of your order by accessing NU2U Skincare's tracking page.

My package is no longer moving, what happened?

No worries! Customs clearance can be a long drawn out process in itself. Although your package may stop moving at any given time, it is still on the way. Weather events can also play a part in the delay. However, the shipping status will continue to update on your tracking page.

I received damaged merchandise, what should I do?

Contact customer support immediately, within a 48 hour time frame of receiving the order at support@nu2uskincare.com. Please provide several photos of the damaged good/s and order number.

My order is incorrect, what should I do?

Mistakes happen, and we apologize in advance! Kindly contact support@nu2uskincare.com within 48 hours of receiving the order so we can promptly take care of this for you. Please provide photos as proof of incorrect goods received and your order number.

Shipping, Returns & Exchanges

We use all major carriers, and local courier partners. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.

What is the shipping policy?

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that our fulfillment team has received your order. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information. Shipping fees are non-refundable. You can refer to the shipping policy for more details.

Do you ship overseas?

Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout.

How long does shipping take?

Once an order has shipped, allow 5-8 business days for deliveries in the United States, and 12-20 business days for deliveries internationally. Please keep in mind times may vary on orders placed during promotions, restocks, and holidays.

How long will it take to process my order?

Allow 72 hours for order processing during business days (Monday - Friday). Orders placed by 5:00 pm will start processing the same day. Orders placed after 5:00 pm will start processing the next business day.
